Q.

hello sir my son completed 15 months but many times he fells ill..how to his improve immunity .and when to stop motherfeeding .at what age ??I heard that because of excess mother feeding he fell ill ...is it true ??

A. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends mothers worldwide to exclusively breastfeed infants for the child's first six months to achieve optimal growth, development and health. After that, they should be given nutritious complementary foods and continue breastfeeding up to the age of two years and beyond.
