hello sir.. my son 2 yr 8 months.. he s having an episode of undigested food vomiting in early morning followed by diarhea.. which last 3 days.. and he l be fime again after a month he ll hv this again.. what might be the reason sir.. kindly clarify my doubt

Foods that are hard to digest and undercooked meat or fish can also cause vomiting and diarrhea.If the symptoms are frequent and occur after meals, a person may have a food intolerance or allergy.
