Hello Sir My Son 10th Month Boy Baby He Is Suffer From Fever On Two Days Doctors Give Ibugesic Plus Syrup And We Have Follow This Syrup And He Don't Stop Crying Always Crying And Doctor Now Recommend The Colimex It's Good For Baby Crying

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in gra dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
