Hello sir, My one year baby girl is 8.8 kg and suffering from loose motions. Already 2 courses antibiotics have been given by the doctor. In between ok butStill with a gap of 1-2 days , loose watery motions. Loss of appetite. What to do

Please keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour in the day time
don't use Demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
enterogermina probiotics drops two drops twice a day would help
