Hello sir, My daughter is 6 weeks old and she cries a lot even after tummy full milk feeding. I do burp her many times after every feed still she vomits. What to do?

A. A lot of times the child is not crying because of hunger or anything they are just crying because of serious stomach pain as a lot of parents do not know which is very common to be seen for initial six months of age so you can just give medicine accordingly to the child which will be very helpful
