hello sir .my daughter is 5 months..she still spits a lot....what to do for this .and also suggest some food option to give her..aa i m giving only breast milk to her

A. Hi, Don't worry. Some babies do spit a lot irrespective of Burping. This is normal. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month like suji kheer oats kheer dal ka pani mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc
