A. It’s common for children around 4.5 years to show anger or hyper behavior as they learn to express emotions, but frequent or intense anger may need attention. Try to stay calm and consistent when she gets upset—avoid shouting or reacting emotionally. Create a daily routine, ensure she gets enough sleep (10–11 hours), and limit screen time to reduce overstimulation. Offer positive attention, praise her for good behavior, and teach her to express feelings through words like "I’m sad" or "I’m upset." Involve her in physical play or art activities to release energy. If the anger is extreme or affects daily life, consult a pediatrician or child psychologist to check for emotional or developmental concerns. Would you like calming activity ideas for her?
