Hello sir, My daughter is 2 months old and is passing dark green stool which is kind of dark grey along with yellow stool. Is it something of concern? Recently we changed her top feed to different brand and I also take iron supplements at times. She is on mixed feed(less from me)

Dark green stools is absolutely normal. This is due to imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies and due to iron fortified formula milk in formula fed babies. So no need to worry.
