hello sir my daughter get flu and cold she is coughing so much & get fever around 101 can I give meftal P tablet 2 or 3 times a day

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't give meftal.. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol to reduce fever
