Q.

hello sir my daughter almost 3 is still not speaking . she would repeat whatever she hear but does not answers what is being asked ...she can sing what she hears from phone . She is having basic understandings also follow basic instructions but when it comes to communicating she is nowhere

A. Hello mom If your baby is speaking few words but not properly then in such case you should definitely join a speech therapy it will help in improving babies speaking skills studying see. But if your baby is not speaking a single word or than in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it
