hello Sir, my baby just 1.5 months old. he is breastfeeding from me. we had relationship without protection. it is almost 48hrs completed. Can I take unwanted 72hrs pill during this time. is it effective? we are now worried about this. please help.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. take advice of your doctor since it's only 45 days after delivery for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

Yes if you take it within 472 hours and it is going to be effective you upset that 48 hours have passed you still have 24 hours I used immediately take that medicine also please make sure that the next time you use your protection otherwise you can be in situation of conception very soon
