hello sir my baby is one year and four months old she is having a constipation problem from week and when she passing stool she cry allot and I give her apple , cucumber, fruit juice what can I do even sometimes she is having drop of blood while she doing stool pass pls suggest something

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give her one or two overnight soaked dogs in the morning along with its water in which it is soaked it will help in relieving constipation and also give more liquids abd leafy vegetables
