hello sir, my baby is not taking meal, we will try to feed him, but after 3 to 4 bite he is locking his mouth.

This requires proper evaluation so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and ttaking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this. ite
