hello sir my baby is not gaining weight mother feeding she is very weak plz suggest some supplements

A. Hai good evening !! Baby's present weight?? Generally babies reduce weight in initial (1-2) weeks and they regain by 3-4 weeks . They gain on an average 400-700gm per month if baby is not increasing accordingly then check if baby getting enough feed (feed every two hours)and sleep (14-18 hours a day).
