hello sir my baby is 7months 10days old. he is on fm. I'm giving him home made cerelac n oats whatelse I can give and he started teething also

starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest.
you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.
