A. for such a small child you can give only nasal saline drops as a medicine kindly give nasal saline drops which is saline water every three hourly along with indirect steam inhalation which will help in decreasing the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as oral cavity and try to prevent temperature variations around the child for which you can use a room heater
