Q.

hello sir....my baby is 6 month old but he doesn't take any meal no cow's milk not powder milk no other like dal ka pani cereal ceralacs etc...he wants to take breast feed ... not enough breast feed for him...what should I do sir

A. gradually introduce the solid one new food one at a time Ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin check the first cry page for recipes
