Hello Sir, My baby is 4 months old & he was constipated since 4 days as I also suffer from constipation since a week, he is exclusively on breastfeeding,what should I do, he force to poop but everytime he fails, he also sometimes refused to breastfeed.

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc ew
