hello sir my baby is 4 months old..and his weight is 4kg…why is he not gaining more weight??

A. Hi, the weight seems to be okay. Usually the baby will get double the birth weight by six months and triple the birth weight by one year. Continue breastfeeding once in every two hours and burp your baby well after every feed.
