Q.

Hello sir my baby is 3 month 20 days he s suffering from kapha and cold m giving Nasivion saline drops and maxtra syrup then also he have kapha sir plz give me solutions

A. he don't have fever sir and how to give steam with vapour ah sir

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal concdgestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
