Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. gases causes discomfort to the baby for that you can give colimax drops if required and relieve the gases by giving proper burping and tummy time after every feed, cyclic motion of legs also help . .Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. give massage to your child daily give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions. try different burping technique. maintain good hygiene
