hello sir. my baby is 2.5 month old she was an iugr born at 36 week.she track moving object, started to give smile a few days back, some time miles her own.give response when we talk, startle on loud noise but don't turn her head towards the sound.plz what should do

A. Hello, your baby girl is iugr and now she is 2.5 months old and she is having her milestones very normal so don’t worry just wait till 5 months to see her hearing
