#AskTheExpert My baby was born in 36 weeks.. He has started making eye contact..and sometimes smile at cutains and fan. He interacts with us by cooing but does not smile He is 2 months 1 week old. When will he smile

A. Hello all mom/dad, At what month your baby started eye contact? At what month your baby started social smile? At what month your baby started looking at sound direction? Please reply as that will help any future parents who are facing similar problem🙏

A. Manpreet..yes he still smiles at fans and curtains sometimes..babies do that..but now he is more interested in playing with us..makes good and long eye contacts..smiles..talks

A. My baby boy was born at 30 weeks. At birth time his weight is 1.652.now he is more than one and half month old and his weight is now 3. 1 kg. Is that a good weight gain or not?

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guvcidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...

A. hello not to worry sometimes the baby can take some time which is totally normal and encourage your child and soon it will be able to which os not a problem and any concern then itis better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
