hello sir my baby is 1year 7month old .she has many small pimples in body ...not pimple but redish finci what I do ....

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of heat or sweating , allergic reaction to fabric , food or cosmetics or Infection please choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child avoid using any cosmetics keep your child in well vantileted room give bath with Luke warm water
