hello sir ,my baby girl is 7 month old she is havi g high temperature but no any other symptom..iam giving her paracetamol thrice...she is not showing any other symptom just fever what to do ?what could be the reason..please help me out

can be because of many reasons like overheating or underlying infection. if fever persists for more than three days, consult your child's doctor

Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. 
But if fever is high grade and persisting  or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyrefptic like paracetamol or ibuprofen  or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . 
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms likfe excessive irritability  dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

A. wipe her back, legs , forehead, hands with wet cloth dipped in normal temp.. do that whenever her body temp is changing.
