hello sir , my baby girl is 24 days old and she has developed below type of rashes. please help me to understand if this is heat rashes or something else and what I need to do

Hello ma’am What kind of rashes are you talking about I’m not really sure about it because there is no picture associated with your query and without seeing them personally I really cannot comment on it so I’m just going to say that you should be seeing your paediatrician ones regarding the same
