hello sir, my 7months old baby is not sleeping long stretches at night. she is eating well in the morning as well. any suggestions?

A. Hello mom gradually make a routine as their would be changes over a period of time as well too .. so give them a filling dinner and make sure their nap time during the day is not too long duration. And massages would also help
