My 2 months baby not sleeping at night and crying like anything at night but sleeping well in the morning. what to do pls suggest

Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more wewhich needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
