Hello sir, my 23 months old son is not being able to eat salty food due to some mouth sore has seen inside his tongue. Please suggest some medicine for him...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is not able to take salty things because of some so in the mouth it needs to be exam in many times it could be some chronic condition like geographical tongue
