hello sir, my 2 years 7 months old baby girl has sweating too much in her back only. is this normal or any issue? otherwise she is healthy baby. her weight is 17.5 kg and height is 93cm. In routine checkup doctor said nothing serious. please tell me.

as your pediatrician told it normal after examining your child , you should not worry.
just keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
as it is not summer days ,prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes which help to keep your child cool.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
give bath twice in a day.
