SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. One glass of milk if your kids eata other foods well. Else two glasses. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma,
Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi,
eggs and non veg if your baby eats.
snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha,
Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
