hello sir meri beti 2.5 year old h m use daily kitna ml dudh pilau ki calcium ki kmi na ho uska diet chart bhi btna sir please

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 years old and if she is taking only milk as a source of calcium vitamin d3 then she should be given 30 ml/kg at every 12 hours

A. One glass of milk if your kids eata other foods well. Else two glasses. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
