Hello sir, meri baby 2 ye 5 months ki h .uske nose ke aaspas red pimples nikal rhe h or dusare din apane aap futker Pani jaisa nikal kar wo fail rha h ghaw jaisa lag rha h2-3 din ho gye.or daily or b red pimples nikal rhe h kya kare

Maybe take some allergy or infection in that area better to check with your doctor the doctor is going to give you clear guidance of examining the situation because this was difficult to know what could possibly be the reason behind it so can’t help you with a solution to that
