Hello sir , meri 4 months baby hai mai apna feed karati hu kya baby ko aur koi aahaar ki jarurat hai?

A. Hello dear parent, 6 Mahone tak baby ko sirf breast feed hi Dena chahiye. Uske baad se aap baby ko semi solid khana Dena start kr Sakte Hai. Aap baby ko har 2 hours me breast feed karate rahiye Aur baby ko burp bhi zarur kraiye. Baakiaapki feed se hi bahy ko sab nutrients mil rhe Hai. Good luck and take care
