A. not to worry. it is normal at all. yellow, mustard yellow, Orange,green, dark green, brown are normal color variations in babies stool.. the important is the consistency of stool.

A. Sometime Green motion is also considered completely normal so please do not worry about it this is going to be completely normal for your child as of now till the time they do not see anything wrong with the motion this colour is also completely normal during breastfeeding also
