Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 7 months baby is passing hard stool Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
