hello sir mera bcha 1 yr old h pr uska weight bht km badhta h mere pss proper diet chart nahi h plzz mujhe koi acha diet chart dijiye.

A. Hi Include recipes like dal rice ghee, chapati mashed in dal, khichadi curd. curd rice, oats porridge, idli chilla, paratha dal, upma, sheera, Vegetables soup, boiled egg, boiled potato, banana, dates. avoid foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products chips chocolate sugar laden foods

Breakfast : Vegetable upma + milk, ragi dosa + milk, apple kheer + carrot parantha, dalia, sago kheer, seviyan upma + chocolate milk, sattu apple porridge, wheat sheera with mashed raisins + milk, sooji upma + mango or banana milkshake, poha, Sabudana kheer, broken wheat porridge, oats porridge, palak poori bhaji + lassi, cheese vegetable pancake + milk, mini idlis with sambar and chutney, 1/2 egg omelette, rice apple kheer. Mid morning : 1/2 boiled egg + 1 small banana, 1/2 egg omelette + orange, 1/2 scrambled egg + 1/2 guava, dahi with jaggery + 1/2 mango, 1/2 cup pear, besan chilla, 1/2 cup watermelon or papaya, chikoo or apple, 1/2 egg custard or pancake, paneer apple mash, poha pudding, fruit custard, grated apple, stewed apple or deskinned peach, mix stewed fruit chaat, chopped strawberries, boiled carrot cubes, boiled chana chaat. Lunch : roti + chole palak, multigrain roti + Dal + sabzi, vegetable soup + fried rice, roti + Dal fry, aloo parantha with butter + lassi, parantha + paneer bhurji, roti + Dal palak, roti + lauki sabzi + chana Dal. Evening : mini idli + Dal, multigrain chilla, curd, fruit custard, paneer apple mash, poha pudding, cheese sandwich with tomato chutney, boiled potato chaat, 1/2 cup pear, mix stewed fruit chaat, stewed apple, wheat banana sheera, mashed sweet potato, fruit yoghurt, boiled whole green gram (whole moong), seviyan or sooji upma + kesar elaichi milk, paneer cubes with honey or chaat masala, wheat porridge. Dinner : palak khichdi + curd, methi parantha + bottle gourd koftas, parantha + paneer bhurji, roti + Dal fry + sabzi, vegetable masoor Dal pulao, dosa + sambar, rice + paneer or egg curry, vegetable soup + fried rice, roti + moong Dal + carrot capsicum sabzi, roti + chole palak, roti + tomato and pumpkin soup, roti + turai moong Dal sabzi, Gobi parantha with curd, parantha with egg bhurji, jeera rice with kaali Dal, roti with brinjal sabzi + urad Dal, curd rice with cucumber, paneer cutlets, pav bhaji with lentil soup, vegetable khichdi with kadhi, paneer palak parantha, parantha with peas and potato sabzi.
