A. नहीं उससे नहीं होता दस्त के हर प्रकरण के लिए ओआरएस (मौखिक पुनर्जलीकरण समाधान) दें और चावल की दाल और खिचड़ी दही छाछ सेब केला से बना सादा आहार दें और दही से प्राकृतिक प्रोबायोटिक्स दस्त को कम करने में मदद करेंगे और अगर यह दस्त में सुधार नहीं कर रहा है या दो दिन बाद कृपया अपने डॉक्टर से मिलें। साथ ही आप बाहर का दूध और सेरेलेक भी नहीं दे सकती हैं लेकिन अगर अगले कुछ दिनों तक स्तनपान जारी रखा जाए तो आप देना जारी रख सकती हैं। मीठे मीठे भोजन के साथ-साथ मैदा और बिस्कुट, चॉकलेट, आइसक्रीम, पैकेट वाले खाद्य पदार्थ सेरेलेक देने से बचें। अन्य भोजन जो दिया जा सकता है पोहा दलिया उपमा मामरा इडली। 3 दिनों के लिए दिन में दो बार पाउच इकोनोर्म दें
