hello sir...maza mulga 2 year 4 month cha ahe tyach weight 10kg ahe..weight vadhnyasathi kay karave?

A. Give bananas, pears and avocados for weight gain. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give plain dry fruits and nuts. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day or you can even give scrambled eggs. Give almond milk. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, homemade paneer, curd and cheese.
