Q.

Hello sir/mam,my son is 7 years old sir his weight is 13kgs and height also not gaining is ther any problem sir.and he is suffering from asthama from last year.pls tell me some suggestions to grow my child height and weight sir.

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most imguportant causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the causve regarding this .

Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet
