With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day only,
Keep atleast 3 hour gap between two solid feed.
No food restrictions, can give everything.
Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

give Healthy calorie rich diet more like fresh fruits (banana, papaya,apple , avacado ) ,nuts ( cashew , pista, fig) ,seeds ( pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds) , multigrain food items etc more
