Hello sir /mam my daughter is 4 years old every time she tells me she is having stomach pain after eating any food like after break fast ,lunch , & dinner …she is taking wormicid syrup once a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional t or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common causes are constipahtion gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
