Hello Sir/Mam My child is 11 month old, still she face difficulty in sleeping. Don't know how to sleep. Cries a lot before going to bed. What can be done to overcome this? Could you please let me know some remedies.

A. yes can be due to for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light  music can be used.
