hello sir/mam I m not able to feed my baby frm breast bcos milk is not producing now only few drops comes my daughter is 2.5month old and after birth my milk production was so good so give me solution plzzz I m very much worried

and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and dfruits daily e as well as you can go for
shatavari supplexment which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.
