hello sir/ mam I'm a mother of 1.5 year old baby now i stopped feeding breast milk, and I took some tablets which is suggested by docter, it's been 10 days but now also I'm feeling fullness and light pain in breast, so plz tell me how much time it take to recover pain

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Do hot water compress It will correct soon Try alternative therapy like homeopathic medicine Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
