hello sir /mam can I give honey to my daughter.can I add honey in her foods for sweetness except sugar.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. better to give after 1 year of age. to sweeten it may add fruit, dates puree or jaggery. Do not give honey to children under 12 months of age as there is a risk that they may develop a condition called infant botulism.
