Q.

My 2yrs old son drinks milk 3 times a day, every time I add half teaspoon sugar...but now I think that can I add honey as alternative?.. Honey is ok for child?

A. hello yes you can be using pure honey as an alternative which would be absolutely safe to replace the sugar with when you use pure honey.. infact it is good to avoid added sugar for the child on a daily basis which would be good for baby growth also
