hello sir/madam my son is suffering from minor fever, chough, stomach pain ,ear pain and loose motion ... is this is due to common cold ... what should I give to him .. please suggest

A. yes due to viral infection when a doctor says that it is viral infection that means the symptoms will go away in few days which can be between 3 days to 5 days so just symptomatic medicine needs to be given
