Hello Sir/Madam My daughter is 2.5years old..she often gets irritated with no reason..she gets angry on small issues too..she looks very skinny..we don't understand what is the reason behind this..she complains itching in her private parts and anal area..what should we do? please suggest..we consulted with Dr. He said she has urine infection..but medicine is not working i think..Please help

urine infection is caused by many reasons .
so you must inform your treating doctor for this.
and must follow his or her advice.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid using diapers for now.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes instead of it
keep that area clean
maintain good hygiene
