Q.

Hello Sir/Madam, my daughter is 1yr 2 months old, is it necessary to give her cow's milk at this age or is breast milk sufficient. She's still on breastfeeding and her intake of solid foods depends on her mood. Some days she eats well and on others little hesitant to have. Her wt is 9.2 kg now. is this wt OK for her age? should I start giving her any supplements? Please reply.

A. hello after the child complete one year you can start your child with full cream cow's milk and is absolutely safe to be given and anytime after a year you can stop bm as per your wish and give cow's milk which should be fine and not a problem and even simulataneously u can give too
