Hello sir, madam My baby girl is 2 years and 2 months old.her weight is 11.3 kg .She looks so skiny but very active in all .Plz suggest me what to do? Which food should offer to her?

A. Ideal weight of a 26 months old girl should be between 10 to 13 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. As long as baby us healthy and active, you need not to be concerned about weight as toddlers take time to gain weight. You can include protein and fiber rich foods in her diet like rice, potato, banana, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, cereals, milkshakes with dry fruits, ghee and 550-650 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
